Join us for a grounding reset at Ananda Omaha.
These Monday evening sessions are designed to help you settle your body and clear your mind as the holiday season gets underway. Andrea Joy of Joy Brings Light will guide a restorative sound bath & Brooke Monaco Wellness will lead gentle yoga. Together, the practices create an easeful space to release tension, reconnect with yourself, and start the week from a steadier place.
No experience needed. Just come as you are and give yourself an hour to breathe, soften, and realign.
