Mindful Mondays—a signature sound healing series by Joy Brings Light, presented in partnership with Millwork Commons—is an invitation to pause, reset, and reconnect. Each healing experience is intentionally designed to meet you where you are—and guide you where you’re ready to go.
In a world that moves fast and asks so much of us, we rarely give ourselves the space to simply be. To breathe deeply. To listen inward. To come back home to ourselves and EMBODY JOY.
Mindful Mondays is that space.
A Collective Reset
Three Mondays this May, we gather—not just as individuals, but as a community—to reset our nervous systems and restore our sense of balance.
Through immersive sound healing, you are guided into a state of deep rest and recalibration. The body softens. The mind quiets. The nervous system begins to unwind from the constant state of “go.”
This is more than relaxation.
This is regulation.
This is restoration.
And in that space, something shifts.
